He is the strategist and creative mind behind numerous successful campaigns. Prior to founding his own venture, he led major projects for both large and medium-sized clients at the prestigious consultancy firm, Christ&Company. The trust-based collaboration established during his tenure there, focusing on advisory and investment, continues today under the banner of haensch strategy.

With a dedicated focus on strategic communication at the C-level, Matthias Haensch has consistently demonstrated an innate ability to identify topics that ignite and resonate over the long term. Over the course of three decades, he has cultivated and expanded an extensive network spanning the realms of business, media, and subsidies.

Matthias Haensch’s exceptional command of the German language was evident from the outset of his career, highlighted by his role in crafting speeches for the former President of the Bundestag, Rita Süssmuth, in the mid-1990s. His career trajectory then led him to various positions in communications and marketing within the private sector. Prior to his tenure at Christ&Company, he served as Head of Communications and Subsidy Consulting at the Investitionsbank des Landes Brandenburg (ILB), where he also acted as the institute’s spokesperson.

Her expertise shines through in event and project planning for our clients, as well as in the ongoing refinement of our marketing strategy. Additionally, she oversees human resources and accounting, ensuring operational excellence across all facets of our organization.

Maximiliane Jonker ist begeistert von der Kraft, die in Veränderung steckt. Mit kühlem Kopf und Hartnäckigkeit macht sie sich daran, Systeme zu verstehen und Komplexität zu entwirren, um schließlich passgenaue Lösungen für unsere Kunden zu entwickeln.

Als Diplom-Kommunikationswirtin und mit über 20-jähriger Berufserfahrung bringt sie ihre Expertise bei haensch strategy mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl und Kreativität u.a. in die Event- und Projektplanung für unsere Kunden ein und entwickelt auch unser eigenes Marketing weiter. Zudem verantwortet sie das Personalwesen und das Accounting.
